CTL Insurance

CTL - Contingent Tax Liability Insurance, in the invent an Association Member is judged by the Inland Revenue Service to have an unpaid historic tax liability or is judged liable for taxation on revenue received through a tax plan or scheme.

The CTL Insurance coverage will pay upto £1,000,000 for any one claim or series of claims as a consequence of judgement.
